Community Support

We would like to thank the following community and teaching staff members who helped us with this project.
Susan Blew, a local farmer and a very supportive member of our school community, worked with the teachers of the fourth grade to identify farms and farmers who would be willing to work together to develop this Internet site. She is also the co-owner of Oak Grove Plantation.
Ed Stoudt, a prominent member of the Franklin Township Community provided suggestions for farm the farm selections. His historical research was also used by students for background information.
Mary Subourne, Jane Ricketts, Charles Hyndshaw, Michelle Fusco, Marilyn Schneider, Diane Pamula, Karen Campell: Parents of fourth grade students who accompanied us on our trips and helped with all aspects of the information we collected for this project.
