Marco Island, Florida is a good vacation spot in the winter. When there is a hurricane, you have to evacuate the island. During the summer, there is of lightning storms. It is located on the western coast of Florida. It is an island and the Gulf of Mexico surrounds it. The beach is made of crushed shells. You can swim, fish, go on a boat, and collect sea shells. You can see manatees, dolphins, pelicans, herons, and egrets. During the winter, my grandmother and grandfather live there and I like to visit them.
I went to Six Flags Great Adventure with my sister,and my aunt and uncle. It is located in Jackson, New Jersey which is in the Pine Barrens region. We traveled 2 hours on the New Jersey turnpike to get there. Six Flags is open all the time expect for winter. I went to Six Flags in October for Fright Fest. I took a special hay ride about the ‘’ Jersey Devil’’. It was really scary because bloody people jumped at the wagon. Six Flags Great Adventure is one of New Jerseys best amusement parks. You should visit The Jersey Shore. You could get a beach house and stay the summer. You could take long walks and swim a lot. You could even ride jet skis and build a sand castle 3 feet tall. You could also go fishing.
If you want to go somewhere fun this year go to the place where the first boardwalk was invented, The Jersey Shore. The Jersey Shore is as nice as a place can be. The shore stretches from Cape May to Point Pleasant along the east coast for about 127 miles. A nice thing about The Jersey Shore is that most of the people are friendly. For grown ups there is Atlantic City, a place that has everything especially if they feel a bit lucky! The boardwalk is a terrific place for kids to hang out, eat, and play. No matter what you are looking for The Jersey Shore will have it!
The Jersey Shore has the #1 Elephant Hotel with the name Lucy. The Big! Big! Elephant used to be a hotel, but now you don’t have to rent a room any more because you can take a tour of Lucy. See the Boardwalk from Lucy’s eye. Take a walk on the Boardwalk. Go on the beach and make a sand castle. Take a swim in the water. Play a game or gamble in Atlantic City.
When I went to Washington’s Headquarters I went with my Grandpa, Grandma, and my brother. We also went to the Morristown Museum. We went because my mom had meetings all day at her school and my sister had school. If you go to Washington’s Headquarters you will see, swords, and George’s bed that folds up! You will also see things they used to take a tooth out, and things they used to get into skin! When I went I saw a movie. My grandparents also let us get something. I got a pillow that you have to make. It was great!
Cape May is a good place to visit for a vacation. It has the most main attractions. It has the Jersey Shore and beach flowers. Cape May has whale watching, colorful coral, and you can go diving. It takes two hours to get there from Franklin Township.
Welcome to the New Hope tour. First, we will start at the railroad. New Hope has a big railroad station called the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad. It was built in 1920. You can take a short little ride somewhere or you can have lunch or dinner. You can have wedding dinners or just a special occasion dinner on the train. New Hope has a lot of antique shops. My mom likes to shop there. New Hope has a very good ice cream shop. It is my favorite ice cream shop. You can take a walk over the bridge to Lambertville, New Jersey. There are canals in New Hope and Lambertville. It is fun to walk along the canals and see the ducks and play in the parks. I hope you enjoyed the tour. I think you should visit a great place called the Jersey Shore. It has awesome beaches. You can swim in the cool ocean, build sandcastles, and play games. It’s got super fishing too! I like to lay in the hot sun (with suntan lotion of course). I prefer the Jersey Shore because it is close. It is nice to play and swim at. I like visiting the Jersey Shore and I’m sure you will too. The Jersey Shore is a very interesting place to visit. The Jersey Shore is in my state of New Jersey, on the Atlantic Ocean. I like to visit the beaches in Southern New Jersey. One of the best places to see there is the exciting boardwalk. On the border of many of the breezy beaches are boardwalks, where there are games and rides. It is fun to go there with your families. Some of the towns located on the shore are: Sandy Hook, Ship Bottom, Bay Head, Belmar, and Cape May. The Jersey Shore is good for a romantic dinner on the water, or to just hang out with your friends at an arcade. At the beach there are great seashells to collect as you walk in the sand. When you want to play in the water, you will find that the waves are great. The Jersey Shore has something for everyone.
The place that I find most interesting to visit is very close to home, it’s my back yard. I think anyone who visits my back yard would find it a wonderful experience. There are some really neat animals that live in our woods. Mother deer and their fawns, wild turkeys, rabbits, ground hogs, squirrels, song birds, snakes, field mice an owl and a very pretty red fox. Every evening when the weather is clear you can see colorful hot air balloons flying over our yard. My dog thinks that they are monsters and barks, she’s so funny. We have a swimming pool to cool off in when it’s hot and a tennis court to hit balls around. Our driveway is really long with a little hill to ride my scooter down. If you ever get bored and want to visit an interesting place just come over to my yard.
I think you should visit the Jersey Shore because there is an ocean, and it is a lot of fun. There is a bay, a boardwalk, rides, and pools. When you wake up and go on the beach you can look for sea shells and build sand castles. It is a lot of fun. That’s why you should visit the Jersey Shore.
A great place to visit in New Jersey is The Statue of Liberty. Some people may say the statue is in New York, but just two years ago a judge at Congress said the statue was really in New Jersey. The statue is on the top of New Jersey in the Atlantic Ocean. You can go to Liberty Park and take a ferry to Liberty Island to see the statue. This statue was made to symbolize the freedom in America. This is why you should visit The Statue of Liberty.
The Jersey Shore is a great place to visit. There are 127 miles of the sandy coastline. Along the coast there are sun bathing beaches , fishing spots , amusement parks and seafood restaurants. The Jersey Shore is a big source of tourist dollars for the state. The biggest seaside resort in New Jersey is Atlantic City. The major attractions ( in addition to the beaches) are gambling and the annual Miss America Pageant. Millions of people travel to The Jersey Shore each year.
The place I love to visit is Clinton. It is located in The High Country, a region in New Jersey. In October in Clinton they have this thing called a mill, and take the inside and make it really cool and spooky. Then after you have been through that you go on a haunted hayride. I love the little water fall there, ducks are always swimming there. There is a bridge to go over it. I love the Clinton Museum. I have had lots of my artwork shown there.
The Jersey Shore is a beach. It is a nice place to go. You can find nice shells there. The ocean that borders The Jersey Shore is the Atllantic Ocean. Today millions of people vist the Jersey Shore. Five lighthouses are along the coast of the Jersey Shore.
A place to visit is Atlantic City because you can go to a Hotel then you can go to the beach and swim in the ocean. Atlantic City is in New Jersey on the shore line. I been there a lot I think it is very cool. You can go on the boardwalk it is very, very, very long.
A place that would be nice to visit in New Jersey is High Point. High Point is a tower located in the region of the High Lands of New Jersey. High Point a lot like the Washington Monument. High Point’s height is 1,803 feet above sea level. I have never been here but I have heard it’s pretty nice.
The Jersey shore is so fun. I Love to feel the sand in between my toes it feels so good. I also love the waves splashing you. The Jersey Shore has water rides and sand. If you can’t swim you can go on rides or play in sand.
The Pine Barrens is by the Jersey Shore. The woodlands includes about one million acres. It holds all off Fort Dix Army Base as well as the navel station at Lakehurst. Deep within the woodlands are remains of ghost towns. The pine barrens is a place of history. The pine barrens is the richest place in the wild. Apple Hill is only 205 feet above sea level. Their is a ghost town named Batso. The early settlers thought the pine barrens was useless because the soil wasn’t good to grow crops in. The pine barrens is in southern New Jersey. Their are six regions in New Jersey. They are the mountain lands,the high country,the great pathway, the pine barrens, the garden spot, and the Jersey Shore. There are plants in the Pine Barrens such as pitcher plants and sundews. There are oak trees and pine trees.
A place to visit is the Jersey Shore.It has loose sand and not much grows there.The sand gently rolls with small hills. It meets the ocean at one side. There are some shallow lagoons and salt marshes. Off shore there are some sandbars that from a string of islands.
I think my favorite place to visit in New Jersey is the Jersey Shore. It is a beautiful shoreline. It has some of the best sites in the country like Lucy, the elephant shaped hotel. It has a great boardwalk. It is very nice at night. It is so nice that when you leave, you wish that you could stay forever. The ocean is very nice. The only surrounding on the beach is sand. It is a great vacation spot. The boardwalk with sparkling lights. It is beautiful.
A good place to visit would be the Jersey Shore. At the Jersey Shore you could go to the board walk,and ride the rides,or play the games. You could go visit Big Lucy,or spend a day on the beach surfing or swimming,or play in the sand. Another thing you could do is go on the Party Boat and go fishing or fish and crab off the pier.
A great place to visit is the Jersey Shore. The Jersey Shore has a beach, an ocean, a boardwalk, and lots of attractions. Two hotels are the Pink Shell Hotel and the Montego Bay Hotel. The Jersey Shore has lots of arcades on the boardwalk. Two restaurants are the Blue Dolphin Restaurant and Groffs.
A good place to visit is a ghost town called Batsto in Blue Berry Hill, New Jersey. It has an old saw mill and it still runs! When go inside the old houses you can see how the people lived. My favorite part was the gift shop! I got to see all kinds of old quilts, blankets, and old fashioned flavored honey and jam.
A good place to visit is The Garden Spot. I chose this because I like flowers, fruits and vegetables. The Garden Spot has rich soil so the plants, fruits, vegetables can grow. The Garden Spot is a great place for farming. A lot of plants, fruits and vegetables grow there. For example The Jersey Tomatoes grow there. I also like how the farmers know so much. I like the Garden Spot.
I think a good place to go is Camp Albocodo! I think this because Toms River is there. It also has a playground, a swimming pool and a red lake. That's why I like Toms River Camp Albacondo.
A good place to visit is the Clinton Mill. I like to go there because I like to do the activities that run there. In the mill on Halloween they put up spider webs on the ceiling and floor. My favorite activity is pumpkin making. I also like the hunted hay ride and the little waterfall and river. That’s why I think it is a good place to visit.
A place to visit is Seaside Heights, New Jersey. I go to Seaside Heights 2 to 3 times a year. Seaside has 3 to 4 arcades and almost 50 game stations and a lot of rides. When I go to Seaside Heights my mom and I go on the beach and collect sea shells. There are 4 entrance to get on the beach. Some days you have to pay to get on the beach. My mom and I go swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. The ocean is usually cold. The waves are very big. The water is called Salt water. When you are relaxing on the beach a banner tied to an airplane usually flies around in the air. It is fun to read the banners. Seaside Heights is also famous for their saltwater taffy.
One good place to visit is The Statue Of Liberty. We got it from France for America’s 100th birthday. It was made from copper so it was a gold-brown color when we got it. But know it’s green from the salty air in New York harbor. Believe it or not it’s nose is 4 feet long. If you’re wondering who it’s of it’s of the sculptor’s mother. It is 113 years old. The bad thing is they don’t let you in the torch any more. Even though it’s in New York harbor if you saw it on a map you would say it’s in New Jersey. This argument has been going on for years, but I know it’s in New Jersey.
A good place to visit in New Jersey is Historical
Clinton. There’s a beautiful river dam, and a big mill. You can
go to the shops, eat at the restaurants, and then walk on the bridge.
Just a block away is Hallmark. They have Beanie Babies, candles,
cards, and a lot more.
You can go fishing on the bridge, canoeing, and of course,
tubing!!!!!!!!
I think you would be interested in the Pine Barrens. It has about one million acres. It takes up one fifth of this state. I bet your wondering how it got it’s name. It got it’s name from the early settlers. The Pine Barrens have Pine trees, a lot of shrubs, oaks, white ceders, and wild flowers that can’t be found any where else in the United States. The Pine Barrens have very clear water. Most of the pine barrens are flat. The highest point Apple Pie Hill is only 205 feet above sea level. A tower atop the hill is used as a lookout for forest fires , and gives visitors a beautiful view.
A good place you should visit is Sandy Hook. Sandy
Hook is in the coastal area. Sandy Hook is a good place to sunbathe,
splash in the waves, to build sand castles , and to play volley ball
on the sandy beach. It is a wonderful place to go fishing, shelling
and looking for beautiful luster rocks.
Sandy Hook is in Monmouth County and is about 6 miles long. Sandy
Hook has a Historic Holly forest , a United States of America Coast
Guard station, and a lighthouse. The lighthouse is called “The
Sandy Hook Light.” The sandy hook light is over 200 years old.
There are a couple endangered beach nesting types of birds that nest
on the Sandy Hook beaches. The birds are Black Skimmer, Least Tern,
and Piping Plover. Osprey nest in the marshes of Sandy Hook on
special platforms put up by the National Park Service. There is an
old army fort called Fort Hancock there. Sandy hook also has a
Lifesaving Station from long ago that is now a visitors center. That
is the wonderful place called Sandy Hook.
