If I could live anywhere I would live in Catalina Island. I would live in Catalina Island because in summer the weather is cool. The beaches there are sunny and never cold. Even the cars there are small. They are ran by electricity. The airport there is in the middle of the ocean on a small island. The summer there is not humid, but it is hot. The ocean is like fresh water. I could go swimming and scuba dive without wearing swimming goggles. I think summer in Catalina Island is rather fun.

Summer Poem

Summer Summer is a jolly of life.
The hot days burning your back with hotshots.
You swim you play you don¡|t even feel. But when you come
To sleep you suffer the pain of burning.
Why do people like summer to play or sing or swim?
The sun is burning the children are turning.
They scream AHHH!! AHHHH!
Who did that?
Why is summer loved if there is winter, spring, autumn?

The different seasons in Kuwait are winter, spring, summer. In Winter it is cold but never snows. The average climate is 15 degrees Celsius in winter and it is kind of cold for us because we’re not used to it. We’re used to 50 degrees Celsius in summer.

In spring it is hot like summer in morning and cold like winter at night. In summer it is hot sweaty. Everyday it is about 50 degreesCelsius at noon and 40 degrees at night.

As the seasons changes I wear different clothing like in summer we wear white dishdashas (or a one piece of clothing. It has thin cloth.) In winter we wear black dishdashas with thicker clothing. In spring we wear kind of beige dishdashas with a medium amount of cloth.

I can change this year with being more mature and having a bigger mind. I need to walk the right steps and follow instructions.

My Poem

Winter is cold
You feel old
Summer is hot you feel like your in a pot
Rain is wet
You've got to hurry to dry your pet
Winter, winter
You could feel the bitter cold
You're already turning old
Feel that little tickle
All tingling inside
You've got Christmas coming right up
Order a hot pizza right to your step

My favorite season is winter. I like it because in Kuwait, it's hardly cold.

Here is my poem:

Winter, winter it's so cool,
Winter, winter get outta the pool.
Winter, winter it's so nice,
Winter, winter it's better than rice.

Yes I’ve changed a lot by growing smarter, more mature, and taller.

During the summer, the weather here is a living furnace but people live here and it’s soooooooo hot. Not just hot, but burning.

In winter, it gets cold but not too much. You don’t need to wear more than one jacket. I get by on the coldest days by wearing a warm pair of trousers and maybe a sweater. No mufflers, no nothing.

It never snows here and it rains only in winter. Rarely in spring and fall. It rains about seven times a year. Average total rainfall for the year is about four inches.

I would have my vacation in Canada because I like cold places.

P.S. I love reading the poems from California. Some of them are humorous. I was very impressed by the poems. Some of them lasted for a long time and they were good too. They made sense, unlike mine!

Spring

I like spring
Because the birds always sing
When spring goes away I feel lonely
When spring goes and summer comes I feel dumber
When summer comes by
You will never hear the birds
Sing again
Until next spring

The different seasons in my community are winter, spring, and summer! In summer It is hot about 50 degrees Celsius and in the winter it is about every day 8 degrees Celsius.

If I would live anywhere I would live in Australia because in Australia the climate is mostly chilly and in summer it mostly warm not hot or cold. It is usually pleasant weather.

When the season’s change I change by being smarter, frequently taller, much more organized and I wear in the summer a white dishdasha with a thin fabric, but in winter I wear thick fabric for the dishdasha so it can keep me warmer.
