The people who have jobs definitely make money
from their work. Some have jobs in McDonald's, and in malls. Whatever job you
get, in America, you get paid.
In every single business in Fullerton, the number being approx. 10,000 jobs
as of Jan. 2000, everyone gets money from that job.
To get in a very well paid job, you must graduate from college or a university.
If you want to have more choices in your career life, you must graduate. You
will then be able to have a home and get clothes and get a car.
This may be all good for you, but not everything is free. If you want to get
a house, the average rent is $676. If you want a car, it is most likely to be
around $10,000.
The bad thing about jobs is the race of the person. Sometimes, when a person
is Asian, that person doesn't get as much pay. Once, my dad was trying to buy
a small building, but the seller would only let my dad rent. That is one problem
with business.
Whatever job you get, you need money to "survive" the city.
In the future, I'm going to try to succeed in being a paramedic.

Fullerton is not so big but it does have many companies.
My parents don't work in Fullerton but they work in Brea. Their company's name
is Chevron, they work in a building; not a gas station. We have an 8-hr work
day in Fullerton. I see truckers from different companies going back and forth
and grocery stores working hard to serve their people fresh goods.
The St. Jude Medical Center works really hard to help and heal their patients,
and the Kimberly-Clark Corp. makes stuff for babies like tissue, diapers, and
other paper stuff. The policemen are very helpful because they help protect
the city and the firemen are really helpful because they cool the fire down.
When I grow up I was thinking to be a veterinarian, but I am not that sure.
I want to be a veterinarian because of animals. I am an animal lover.

is the Carnation and the tree is the Jacaranda. The founders of Fullerton were
George and Edward Amerige. The population of Fullerton is 128,255. And the size
of Fullerton is 22.3 square miles. It is a nice city and one full of good jobs.
My dad works in Weber. That's where people make aircraft parts.
My Dad is avery hard worker. He aso gets a lot of money. He likes what he is
doing. My Mom doesn't work, but she is looking for a job. She's thinking to
work in a place where it’s easy for her.

My Dad works at a car company called Sunflower in Los Angeles.
My mom doesn't work though. She stays home. I don't know what my Dad does at
his company, but I think he just does paperwork there. He doesn't get a lot
of money from his job.
Jobs like a doctor or surgeon get a high rate of salary because whenever a person
has to have surgery, the doctor has got to work very efficiently and concentrate
to do the surgery. If the doctor makes a mistake, then everything will go wrong.
It only has to take one mistake to ruin everything for the patient. That's why
it's so important being a doctor.
Most people work as cashiers in stores in Fullerton. There are many stores in
Fullerton and you need a lot of people to run it. Most stores are open until
late night on weekdays , but on Saturdays a lot of stores close early because
of the people.
I would like to be a teacher when I go into the work world. Teachers don't get
that much of a salary, but it's fun to be one. Being a basketball player is
not a job, but you get a lot of money if you are good.

My mother works at a place called Aspen. Aspen is not in
Fullerton, but a place called Hidden Gardens. Aspen is a place where they help
kids who didn't grow up in a good environment. My mom helps kids get their life
together. A major business that we have is probably Hewlett Packard. If you
live in fullerton, you will see a lot of policemen and women, a lot of ambulances,
and a few firemen and firetrucks.
Another place that is major is St. Judes Medical Center. It is a hospital. A
job that I am considering is the F.B.I. because it seems like a good job for
me.

My mother does not work any business. My mother is a housewife,
cooking and cleaning. My loyal father has two businesses. One is as a mechanic.
He fixes cars, such as the clutch, brakes, acceleration, and many more. The
other occupation is as a used car dealer. My father goes to auctions and buys
cars to sell at his shop. My father goes to work in L.A.(Los Angeles) at 8:00
in the morning, and comes home at 8:00 P.M. My father works six days a week,
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. My father works
awfully hard to serve us.
In Fullerton there are a lot of workers. Some of the workers are working for
the community. Most are police officers, firemen, and bankers.
Some workers are real estate agents. Those are the people who sell the houses
to people who need them.
A police man probably goes to the station early in the morning, and changes
to his/her uniform. Then they probably hang around the station or they might
ride a police car around neighborhood catching people breaking the law.
A fireman might do the same as a police officer but they will wait and wait
for a radio message that there has been a fire started.

The city of Fullerton is a great place to live. The city's
flower is the carnation and the city's tree is the jacaranda. The size of Fullerton
is 22.3 square miles and on the map, the coordinates are 33.53 North Latitude
and 17.55 West Longitude. Our city was founded in 1887 and the founders were
George and Edward Amerige. Our city was named after George H. Fullerton. He
was a Santa Fe Railway land agent who routed the railroad through the city.
My mother and father both work. My father is a mechanic and my mother is a hair
stylist. She does my hair a lot!
There are about 10,100 businesses in Fullerton. The major businesses in Fullerton
are the Raytheon Systems Co, Fair Child Fasteners, St. Jude Medical Center and
Kimberly Clark Co.. I am very sure that you do not know most of these companies.
The Economic Development Department encourages businesses to come to Fullerton.
People like policemen, firemen, etc..Serve us everyday in our lives. They keep
our city safe from harm and also keep us from causing trouble.
